Chile Cook- Off
Eureka Springs Realtors joined hands to form the first Realtors's Chile Cook-Off with benefits dedicated to "Habitat for Humanity." The event was held Saturday, Oct 6, 2007at the Artist Colony where many artists were on hand to mingle with Chile connoisseurs.
There was musical entertainment, while judges relished the varied tastes of Chiles made by Realty Chefs that ranged from pure Vegetarian to assorted medleys of meats and beans and spreads of relishes, garnishes, cheeses, and Jalapenos of many degrees of heat bearing challenges.
